Once your purchase has been made, you are entered into a Canadian distance sales contract. You may not cancel your order, except in cases prescribed in ‘Section 49' of BC’s ‘Division 4 – Distance Sales Contract laws.’

In addition to afore referenced cases, we only allow order cancellation for items on backorder. However, we do offer exchange: Exchanging your order in place of an order equal or greater in value may be done within 14 days of the date you initially receive the goods.

Prior to initiating an exchange, you must ensure with reasonable care that the product has not been damaged, functionally or otherwise. Feel free to try the product, but refrain from stress testing the product in use/environments that may over time be the cause of accelerated wear/tear.
